Buchanan Center for the Arts is accepting grant proposals from local artists and arts and educational organizations. Grant funds are designated to support artists and nonprofit arts and educational organizations in Henderson, Mercer, and Warren Counties. All eligible grant proposals are reviewed by a five-member peer panel. The Regional Arts Partners (RAP) grant (formerly CommArts grant) is available for visual, musical, performing, literary, and interdisciplinary arts projects that provide community-based programming. Projects or programs must make a concerted effort to serve diverse and under-represented populations.

Eligible projects are those taking place between November 1, 2024 – August 31, 2025. Grant applications are available at the Buchanan Center for the Arts (BCA), 64 Public Square, Monmouth, or online at bcaarts.org under the “Special Events” tab. Applications must be submitted VIA EMAIL (buchanancenter@mtcnow.net) by 2pm Saturday, August 31, 2024. Contact the Buchanan Center for the Arts with questions 309-734-3033.
