With the ongoing construction in Downtown Monmouth and the current closure of the northeast quadrant, the dropbox for Monmouth residents to leave their water bill payment is temporary closed and relocated to the Monmouth Police Department, explains Communications Director Ken Helms:

“That is out of commission right now, but in the temporary state, if you need to drop it off outside instead of inside City Hall, you can go down to the Police Department at 500 South Main Street and the dispatchers will take it and get it to us.”

Monmouth City Hall will remain open throughout the ongoing construction for in-person water bill payments.
