On Tuesday, October 8th, the Galesburg Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Chamber Health Insurance 101 informational event for members to learn about benefits and savings to implement for their businesses, explains Executive Director Pam Gaither:

“We are participating with the Illinois Chamber and UnitedHealthcare to offer a savings up to 25 percent through a collaboration with UHC. This is available for our Chamber members to utilize and the really cool thing is that they still get to use their local insurance broker agent. That is really awesome and that was really a key piece for us too; to be able to still have our local agents be able to represent. This is a session that our members are able to come to and sit, it is free. We do encourage our members to come by, come with their questions, learn about the insurance program, and how it can benefit their business and save them at the end.”

The Chamber Health Insurance 101 will be held in the Community Room at the Galesburg Public Library from 4 to 5:30 pm.
