Navigating insurance can be challenging. Community Health Worker with Eagle View Community Health System Hannah Alecock can assist with the application process:

“There are a lot of reasons someone might be on Marketplace insurance, so it is helping people get signed up for that. I also assist with Medicaid applications, any appeals, anything like that. Obviously, get a hold of me at Eagle View. I can help you with anything you need insurance related. Typically, it is a one-on-one meeting, signing you up with Marketplace, creating that account, putting in your income information, all of those basics, and they will give you a list of different plans. Then you can choose which works best for you and your family.”

Those in need of insurance assistance, can call 309-924-2414, extension 234.
