The 2024-2025 season of the Maple Leaf Community Concert Series gets underway this Thursday, September 26th with Alliance Brass at 7 pm inside Dahl Chapel on the Monmouth College campus. Stan Jenks shares the type of music the audience can expect:

“It is not going to be your typical brass concert where you go in and think they are going to play the classics. They are playing music from stage and screen. They are going to do ‘Bohemian Rhapsody,’ Freddie Mercury, ‘Moon River’ from Henry Mancini, ‘If I Only Had A Brain’ from the Wizard of Oz, ‘Star Wars,’ John Wilson. This is all going to be music that people are going to recognize, enjoy, and it is going to be a great concert and a fun evening.”

Tickets can be purchased at the door or at the Buchanan Center for the Arts. Adult season membership tickets are $70 for all four shows of the Maple Leaf Community Concert Series. Student memberships are free.
