To show their appreciation, local Country Financial Agents Tiffany Cole and Ben Olson, along with the Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau, are teaming up to host a farmer appreciation lunch. Tiffany has the details:

“We are really looking forward to thanking our farmers and showing our appreciation for all of their hard work that they put in all year round, but especially in the harvest season. We will be feeding our farmers Friday, October 11th from 11 am to 1 pm at Meks on Main, which is at 201 North Main Street. We are hopeful they will be able to eat lunch with us on location, but if they can’t we certainly understand their need to keep those combines rolling, so they are welcome to come in and get to-go containers and take them back to feed their crew.”

While the lunch is free, RSVP is needed for food preparation. Contact Tiffany at 309-734-9400 by Tuesday, October 8th to reserve your meals.
