A 4-way stop is going to be placed on the corner of West Boston and North A Street in Monmouth, explains Mayor Rod Davies:

“At the request of a citizen at our last meeting and council instructed the city attorney to draft an ordinance to have a 4-way stop sign placed at West Boston and North A Street. We have had a series of accidents there. There is a lot of traffic with Axline Pharmacy and their drive thru and lots of different access points in the bank and grocery store and especially with increased traffic in that area due to construction downtown and also for the ICS project that is going on. Council did approve to have a 4-way stop put at West Boston and North A Street.”
