Local entrepreneur Lafayette Randolph has launched his next endeavor, Pop Out Pasta, a pop out restaurant cooking pasta to order at a customer’s request. Always having a love for cooking, Lafayette shares how he came up with the food service name:

“That is something I want to do, I want to pop out to certain areas, certain cities. I don’t want to just limit myself to just Monmouth. I want to pop out to California. I want to broaden my horizons a little bit. I want to pop out all over the place.”

Pop Out Pasta is joining two other local small businesses, One Broke Granny and Betty Lou’s Soul Kitchen, this Saturday, October 5th for an extravaganza sale at 426 North G Street in Monmouth from 8 am to 2 pm.
