On Friday, November 8th, the West Central Middle School will present its annual Veteran’s Day program, explains Superintendent Stacey Day:

“They get a great community turnout. It is a great event for our kids to learn more about the vets in our area and what their sacrifice means and just get a chance to tell them thank you. So, any of the vets that are invited and able to attend, they make a light breakfast for them in the morning and then they will do an all-school assembly in the gym, bring in a guest speaker, the choir, and the band, both from the Middle School and High School participate, and a couple of kids usually get to speak about different things throughout the program.”

Following breakfast, the program will begin at 9:30 am at the West Central Middle School.
