At the latest Monmouth-Roseville Board of Education meeting, Harding Primary Principal Katy Morrison presented to the board on social-emotional learning for the students, reports Superintendent Ed Fletcher:

“Whether it is attendance or behavior, young kids really get excited about being rewarded. They get special lunches, be VIP for the day, so it was really interesting to see what goes on in a building in regard to students’ attendance and behavior. It was a really good presentation.”

In other business, Superintendent Fletcher stated that with the resignation of Joe Bratcher, the Monmouth-Roseville Board of Education elected Joe Switzer to serve as Secretary through April of 2025 and Yulissa Sparks was appointed to fill the vacancy.
