In October, the Monmouth Fire Department celebrated Pat Spears’ 25 years with the department, says Fire Chief Casey Rexroat:

“Assistant Chief Pat Spears was celebrating his 25th year at the Monmouth Fire Department this past month and we are very happy for Pat. He has been there a long time and has a lot of training and experience under his belt, and he is doing a great job being Assistant Chief for us. He handles a lot of things. One of the biggest things he handles is training and working with all of our firefighters to keep them scheduled for trainings they might need and all the trainings in house at the fire department, he stays very busy. We want to recognize him for his 25 years at the fire department.”

Additionally, during the month of October, which was Fire Prevention Month, members of the Monmouth Fire Department visited the areas schools to talks fire safety with students.
