OSF HealthCare Holy Family Medical Center has been awarded a 5-star rating by the National Rural Rating System and also named to the National Rural Honor Roll, shares President and CEO Lisa DeKezel:

“Our teams won a National Rural Rating System 5-star award for the excellence and the experience of our patients and the care being provided. Across the OSF HealthCare system, OSF Holy Family really was the top of the OSF HealthCare ministry for not only mission partner engagement, which is our employee engagement survey scores, they outdid statistically significant and well above the national average, they were really off the charts.”

DeKezel informs OSF Holy Family Medical Center also ranked number one in patient experience across the OSF HealthCare system.
