“You want that computer screen to always be straight in front of you. You always want that to be at no more than arm’s length in front of you. Then you also don’t want it to be too high or too low; it’s like a ten-degree angle looking down, if you are looking at your computer screen. Your office chair you want your hips just slightly higher than your knees and you want your feet flat on the ground. If your chair gets too low, then that rounds that low back and get into a slumping type of posture where now it is rounded in your low back, rounded in your mid back. When you round in your mid back, the head and the neck jet out, creating a giraffe neck. Then that just creates a lot of strain in the neck and the posture just goes south, affecting your shoulders, your neck, your mid back, everything.”
