With the new year around the corner, it’s a good time to review and update your insurance plan. Rachel Kunkle with LMP Agency says that January is a great time to review your current life insurance plan.
“The beginning of the year would be a good time to review what policies you have if you are making any major life changes, it’s a good time to look at that and see if what you have still fits your needs,” says Kunkle.
And this goes for more than just life insurance adds LMP Agency’s Julie Martin.
“Also, it is a great time to look at any policy. All personalized policies, anything like that. Especially if there are any larger gift items at Christmas time- or something like that need to be added to a homeowner’s policy,” says Martin. “It’s always a great time to review, starting new at the beginning of the year.”
Kunkle adds with the insurance changes that came in 2024 it’s important to look over renewals.
