Mike and Tina Huston have begun the process of planning the renovation of their newly acquired properties on 1st Avenue in Monmouth. Huston explains:

“As of November 1st, we acquired the property, formerly known as Banker’s Trust. So, starting here in February we are in the midst of complete remodel of eight or nine apartments upstairs and we will be offering at least five different retail shops downstairs for rental purposes. A lot going on this spring and summer and see where that leads us.”

Monmouth City Council has considered a proposal for the redevelopment and recapture agreement with Tina Huston for renovations at the property in the 100 block of West 1st Avenue.
