Six seniors at United High School have been named Illinois State Scholars, shares Superintendent Tom Hawkins:

“This is something that is great and a huge congratulations for the efforts of these students over the many years of their educational experience in school. At our high school, we have six seniors that were recognized as Illinois State Scholars, and they are Samira Bitar, Rachel Purlee, Dylan Davis, Jack Kane, Madaline Lair, and Leyton Trego. A fantastic job to those kids.”
