Qualifying children under the age of 18 are eligible for vaccinations through the Vaccine for Children program with the Warren County Health Department, explains Administrator Jenna Link:

“It is for children, 18 and under, and it is if you have the medical card, you can come to use and get the vaccinations; if you are underinsured, so maybe your insurance has some big co-pays, we can cover you there, or if you don’t have any insurance at all, we can give the vaccinations through our office.”

Additionally, Administrator Link informs there have been an increased number of bacterial pneumonia cases in children this fall that they are keeping an eye out for causes.
