The deadline for the entry of artwork for the 56th Annual Town & Country Art Show at the Buchanan Center for the Arts is quickly approaching. BCA Program Coordinator Rebecca Quick shares this year’s pieces will feature kindergarten through 5th grade students in Henderson, Mercer, and Warren Counties:

“The Town & Country Show this year will feature artwork from kindergarten through 5th graders in Mercer, Warren, and Henderson Counties. The deadline to enter is March 1st by 2 pm. Most students can submit through their schools or if they stop by the Buchanan Center, we can take their artwork. We will see anywhere from 2D works to 3D works, so anything that can go on a wall will be matted or framed and then some 3D works, as well as works from art presenters. Then we will have a reception on Saturday, March 15th from 2 to 4 pm in our main gallery.”

Additionally, the Buchanan Center for the Arts has begun their search for an Executive Director.
