The FDA is recalling canned tuna products at multiple major grocery chains. That includes Walmart, Trader Joe’s, Kroger and Costco. Tri-Union Seafoods made the recall after finding a manufacturing defect involving the can’s seal that could allow the tuna to be contaminated with a neurotoxin that may cause a potentially fatal form of food poisoning. Customers are warned not to use them even if they don’t appear or smell spoiled. The specific products can be found on the FDA website.
