Through the P3 Tip program, individuals are able to provide information to local law enforcement anonymously, but it also enhances the ability to communicate, explains Monmouth Police Department Investigator Josh Kramer:

“The P3 Tip app, you can get online, go to P3 Tips, you just have to select Warren County, Illinois. The app is phenomenally user friendly; you can provide as much information. I actually recommend that if you are going to give a tip to use the app because you provide information and it actually goes to the investigator depending on the jurisdiction, so if it is Monmouth PD it will come to me or if it is something that happened in Warren County, it will go to a detective in Warren County. If there are any questions, we can actually correspond back and forth with you, which is a phenomenal ability. It stays all anonymous, that is a big thing to remember. You are corresponding with law enforcement, but you are still just a number on the screen that we have no idea who you are other than that tip ID number.”

The Warren County Crimestoppers does continue to accept tips anonymously by phone at 309-734-9363.
