Warren County Sheriff’s Office Accepting Bids for Furniture and Equipment at New Law Enforcement Center

WARREN COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

REQUEST FOR WRITTEN OFFICE FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT BIDS

The Warren County Sheriff’s Office is seeking written bids to provide office furniture and equipment for the Warren County Law Enforcement Center which is under construction. The bidding process is as follows:

  1. Those wishing to submit written bids shall contact Sheriff Martin E. Edwards to schedule a meeting with the Law Enforcement Center Design Team (309)734-8505.
  1. At the scheduled meeting with the design team:
  1. Bidder’s will receive a floor plan of the Law Enforcement Center;
  2. Bidder’s will receive a list of office furniture and equipment for the Law Enforcement Center;
  3. Bidder’s will be prepared to discuss work station layouts, furniture and equipment placement and similar options regarding sizes of desks, storage cabinets and the like;
  4. Bidders will be given design team contact information.
  1. The deadline for submitting written bids is Friday, May 30, 2025 at 4:30 p.m.
  1. Bid opening will be at the Warren County Building and Grounds Committee Meeting on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 9:30 a.m.
  1. The Warren County Sheriff’s Office reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline at its discretion.
  1. The Warren County Sheriff’s Office reserves the right to reject any and all bids at its discretion.
