United Red Storm Under New Direction

United Red Storm softball has a new man in charge of the program. Following four years of head coaching the Red Storm, Marc McMahon stepped down after the 2024 season. He was replaced by long-time elite travel softball coach in the Chicago-area, Mike Maguire. Maguire was most recently a coach in one of the top travel leagues in Lake County. Coach Maguire was on the Tuesday WRAM Morning Show and he talked about his time coaching some of the state’s best players.

The Red Storm get their season underway on Tuesday at home against Farmington.
