Monmouth City Council has approved an application through the Downtown Commercial Building Rehabilitation Program from Maple City Warehouse at 104 East 1st Avenue, reports City Administrator Lew Steinbrecher:

“The application was for about a $46,000 renovation project to the building, which included a new electrical service and panel box, a new furnace and air conditioning installation, a new roof, and tuck pointing on the brick wall. Those are TIF eligible expenses and the amount of reimbursement under that Commercial Building Rehab Program would be about $10,800.”
