United Red Storm Baseball is coming off yet another solid week grabbing 2 wins against Mercery County and ROWVA-Williamsfield and falling to a 2024 sectional champion Illini West team, 5-3. All of this in preparation for their biggest games of the season on Saturday, as the Red Storm travel to Bureau Valley for a LTC West double header. The United Red Storm currently sit at 3-1 in the West Division, with Bureau Valley at 6-0. Head Coach Ryan Molek believes his team is ready for the challenge.

If the United Red Storm want to win the coveted LTC West Championship in 2025, they have to win both games at Bureau Valley Saturday, but this will not guratee them the Red Storm a division title. The Red Storm will have two more LTC West games remaining, as they host Knoxville for a double header next weekend. If the Red Storm lose any of their final four divisional contests, Bureau Valley will be the West Division champs in their inaugural season in the LTC.
