“We received a grant from the Community Health Foundation of Warren and Henderson Counties for the new facility we are working on, the former VFW building. We have gutted the interior, framed in classrooms, offices, conference rooms, and we are waiting on just a couple things and we will basically be done with the main part. Then we will be building an addition to the facility for those that require the most amount of care.”

Meanwhile, Camp Kidz, a six-week day camp for children with disabilities, ages 5 to 21 years old, is taking place this summer in partnership with Thrive Community Services and Bridgeway.
