Twelve Sandburg student-athletes posted a perfect grade point average to highlight the 26 Chargers who earned NJCAA All-Academic honors for the 2024-25 school year.

In addition to those individual accolades, Sandburg’s women’s cross country team was recognized as a 2024-25 NJCAA Academic Team of the Year.

Student-athletes who achieved a GPA of at least 3.60 were eligible for NJCAA All-Academic honors. On top of the dozen Chargers who were named NJCAA All-Academic First Team for recording a perfect 4.0 GPA, six received second-team honors (3.80-3.99 GPA), and eight earned third-team honors (3.60-3.79 GPA).

Eight Chargers teams had at least one player earn a spot on the NJCAA All-Academic Team. Men’s soccer had the most recipients of any sport, with seven. Two of Sandburg’s honorees participated in multiple sports, and 10 Chargers earned NJCAA All-Academic honors for the second consecutive year.
