Addleman Foundation Accepting 501c3 Grant Applications

Share

The Addleman Foundation was created in 1964 by the late William Kenneth and Anna Mae Addleman, longtime residents of Warren County. The Foundation was “organized and operated exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes.” Consistent with its charter, the Foundation has provided funding to a variety of not-for-profit organizations which include educational, youth, elder care, religious, health and human service organizations, libraries and the performing arts.

The Addleman Foundation Board of Directors will consider this year’s grant requests from applications from the following organizations: religious, human services, elder care, education, youth, libraries, performing arts and health care. The application requests should be for programming purposes with a detailed explanation about the program and desired outcome for the program.

To be considered for funding, eligible organizations need to submit the following:
1) proof of 501©3 designation,
2) a brief synopsis of the organization,
3) details regarding the project and how it will positively affect the citizens of Warren County,
4) a requested amount specified.

If your organization is a selected recipient, our board requests an update on the use of the funds and the project that the requested funds were used for. This will be an important factor when receiving future grants.

All proposals should be submitted to the following address:
Midwest Bank
C/O Brooke LaFollette
200 East Broadway

Or via email to: brooke.lafollette@mbwi.com

The deadline date for submission is Friday, September 5th, 2025
No applications will be considered after that date.

Any questions about the grant process can be directed to Brooke LaFollette (309-457-6276).
