The City of Monmouth is excited to announce the launch of SeeClickFix, a new platform designed to make it easier for residents to report non-emergency issues and connect with city services, through a partnership with CivicPlus.
SeeClickFix allows residents to report concerns like potholes, junk and debris, barking dogs, and other issues directly through the city’s website at www.cityofmonmouth.com under the Citizen Requests section. By submitting issues with photos and details, residents can help city staff address problems quickly while tracking progress in real-time. This tool aims to strengthen communication between the community and city officials, making Monmouth a more responsive and connected place to live.
With SeeClickFix, residents can:
- Report non-emergency issues directly on www.cityofmonmouth.com.
- Track the status of their requests and receive updates.
- View and comment on issues reported by others in the community.
- Set up “watch areas” to stay informed about local concerns.
The platform helps city staff manage and prioritize requests efficiently, ensuring issues are addressed promptly. Residents can access SeeClickFix by visiting www.cityofmonmouth.com and navigating to the Citizen Requests section. A free mobile app is also available for download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for those who prefer to report issues on the go.
The City of Monmouth invites all residents to try SeeClickFix and take an active role in improving our neighborhoods. For more information, visit www.cityofmonmouth.com or contact the City of Monmouth at 309-734-2141 or info@cityofmonmouthil.gov.
