“We’ve raised her ever since birth. We’ve owned her mom, bred her mom, had a nice litter of pigs,” shares Killey. “We brought her here to the Warren County Fair, knowing how much work I’ve put into it, and we received reserve overall gilt with her today. So that was really, really exciting, knowing that this isn’t just something that I bought at a young age, and the breeder did all the work starting up to it. This is something my dad and I, from start to finish, have done, and I’m really, really appreciative of all the experiences that it’s taught me.”
