The City of Monmouth has announced the appointment of Scott Weber as the new 2nd Ward Alderman! With a two-year term to fill the vacancy on the City Council, Scott brings a wealth of experience and dedication to our community including:
✅ Deep Community Roots: A resident since the mid-1990s, Scott has raised three children in the Monmouth School District.
✅ Community Involvement: Scott’s commitment shines through his leadership roles, including multiple terms on the Monmouth Country Club Board, 19 years of coaching high school sports, and guiding young athletes in the Lions League and Babe Ruth League.
✅ Leadership: As a coach, Scott led teams to 20 wins for five consecutive years and secured two regional championships in three years. His teamwork-driven approach will be a valuable asset to our city government.
✅ Business Expertise: As a Senior Business Development Manager with designations as a Certified Insurance Counselor and Accredited Advisor of Insurance, Scott brings financial know-how to the table.
