Warren County Sheriff’s Office Seeks Public Assistance Indentifying Hit-and-Run Incidents

Request for Public Assistance

On June 27th, at about 10:30 PM, a car traveling east on US 34 was side-swiped head-on by a vehicle traveling west. The incident took place in Warren County near the Warren/Henderson County line. The only description of the vehicle involved was possibly a pickup truck or SUV. The involved vehicle continued from the scene. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries.

That same evening, at about 10:40 PM, the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office responded to a hit and run on US 34 near Biggsville, where a westbound vehicle overtook and passed a westbound motorcycle, striking the motorcycle, which crashed and injured the operator. The vehicle continued from the scene. The motorcycle operator was not able to provide a description of the vehicle that struck him.
