🚧Monmouth Square Update🚧

With the Maple City Car Cruise in the rear-view mirror🚘🚗, construction will be in full swing this week. Porter Brothers plans to start excavation of the curb around the center circle. They will be replacing the curb and ADA ramps. This will lead to lots of orange barrels around the center circle. Please use extreme caution as equipment and trucks will be in and out as the excavation takes place.  This is going to drastically slow traffic down as construction will be taking place close to open lane travel. Please be patient as Porter Brothers is trying to complete the curb quickly and safely.

Market Alley reconstruction is scheduled to start within the next 1-2 weeks. The contractor will be excavating through the Alley and providing temporary gravel paths to allow for business foot traffic. Porter Brothers or myself will be updating businesses along Market Alley as we determine an exact timeline of impacts. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
