Knox College VP and Director of Athletics, Justin Newell Shares Vision for Prairie Fire Sports

New Knox College Vice President and Director of Athletics, Justin Newell, is almost 6 months in to his new job with the Prairie Fire. Newell came to Knox from Kenyon College, a division 3 college in Gambier, Ohio, where he served as associate director of athletics since 2021. Newell shares his vision with Knox College.

The first sporting event for the Prairie Fire will be the men’s soccer squad heading to St. Ambrose University in Davenport on August 23rd. The Knox football team begin their regular season with the annual Lincoln Bowl at Eureka College on Saturday, September 6th.
