Football season is finally here, as both the United Red Storm and Monmouth-Roseville kick off their 2025 seasons today. The United Red Storm head into year two under Head Coach Andrew Goodwin, coming off a 0-9 campaign in his first season. United will look to take big strides as they open at home tonight against ROWVA/Williamsfield. The Red Storm will also have a chip on their shoulder after suffering a controversial overtime loss to the Cougars in Week 3 last year. Kickoff is set for 7:00, with a special Hall of Fame ceremony honoring former superintendent Jeff Whittsitt at halftime. Head Coach Andrew Goodwin shares the keys to victory ahead of the matchup:
Monmouth-Roseville will look to build on an 8-1 regular season and a TRAC Mississippi Division title a year ago. The Titans qualified for the postseason for the 4th straight season. Monmouth-Roseville begins their 2025 campaign tonight on the road at Mercer County in a TRAC cross-division matchup. Last season, Monmouth-Roseville trailed the Eagles 8-6 at halftime in week 1 before exploding in the second half for a 50-14 win. The Titans will be looking for more of the same as they open their season tonight. Head Coach Jeremy Adolphson says his squad is eager to get started:
