The Warren County Prime Beef Festival is back all next week, with the livestock shows starting things off on Monday, September 1st at the fairgrounds in Roseville, shares Board Member Aubrey McVey:
“We have both the hog show as well as the beef show. The steer weigh in actually starts at 8 am and then we go to the hog weigh in immediately after. The hog show starts promptly at 2 pm and then the steer show at 4 pm. That is all located at the Warren County Fairgrounds in Roseville. We’ve got some bigger groups this year, some younger faces that are starting out, so that will be exciting to see.”
On Tuesday, September 2nd, the Warren County Prime Beef Festival Livestock Auction will take place at the Monmouth American Legion beginning at 5 pm.
