The United girls’ golf team played their first match of the season at Valley View Golf Course today against Mercer County and Ridgewood. The girls came home with a win shooting a team score of 188 followed by Ridgewood with 208 and Mercer County with 219. United was led by senior Meredith Yung with 40 and was followed by junior Paige Christianson with 46, freshman Abbey Kendall with 50, senior Jalyn Wallace with 52, freshman Kennedy Martin with 54 and Elly Hinton with 66.
