The United Girls Golf team traveled to Midland Golf Course on Wednesday to compete in the Lincoln Trail Conference Railsplitter Championship. The Red Storm came home as conference champs for the 5th year in a row. It was a close match between United and Ridgewood, with United shooting a team score of 373 to beat Ridgewood’s score of 377. United was led by individual conference champion Paige Christianson, who shot an 85. She was followed by Meredith Yung in 2nd place overall with an 89. Jalyn Wallace joined Christianson and Yung in the top-10, placing 7th place with a 98. Kennedy Martin was 9th with a 101. All four of those young ladies were named to the LTC All-Conference team.
