On 10/10/2025 at approximately 9:50 AM Warren County Deputies responded to a one vehicle crash that happened on 180th Avenue between Monmouth and Cameron. The driver, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, was found to be deceased at the scene. The Illinois State Police were requested to assume investigation into the crash in conjunction with the Warren County Coroner.
Agencies on scene were Illinois State Police, Galesburg Hospital Ambulance Service, Central Warren Fire, the Warren County Coroner’s Office, and the Monmouth Fire Department.
The name of the driver is being withheld pending notification to relatives.
