To celebrate, honor, and bring awareness to Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the McDonough District Hospital Foundation hosted the Power of 100 Women, shares Director Brittany Moore:

“It was 100 women, $100, that was a $10,000 impact for our new mammography machine at MDH. It was just truly an inspiring afternoon. We had breast cancer survivors talk a little bit about their journey and how different those journeys can look. We listened to them. We helped raise those ladies up and just talk about the importance of early detection and how excited we are to be able to bring that state of the art technology to MDH.”
