On Wednesday, October 8th, the Buchanan Center for the Arts will host their second Annual Cemetery Walk at the Monmouth Municipal Cemetery with two performances. Organizer Mary Osborne informs the cemetery walk is a great way to learn about the history of Monmouth:

“If you have never come to the cemetery walk, if you didn’t come last year, please try to make it out because it is a great time, it’s entertaining, but also educational. You will hear stories about people that you may never have heard of before. We did try to have a good variety of occupations and some name recognition, but also stories of people who built Monmouth and also contributed in other ways.”

Performances for the Cemetery Walk will be held at 5 pm and 6 pm. Cost is $5 for Buchanan Center for the Arts members and $10 for non-members. To register, visit the BCA in Downtown Monmouth.
