Where the goods are as unique as the name, Maude Specklebelly’s is celebrating eleven years in Downtown Monmouth this December. As the store is ready for the holiday season, Owner Jamie Ballard also shares an exciting venture she is a part of:
“It is not actually my location; I get to be a little piece of their big vision in Macomb. It is called 309 Marketplace. It is where Nostalgia Gift used to be, but it is a collaboration of a lot of other small businesses under one roof. I’m just excited for them and all of us that get to be a part of their big vision. The space is not as big as Maude’s, so I am just trying to take more gift items, some great candles, Sweet Grace will be down there, I will take handbags, and boots. A little assortment and we will see what works and what doesn’t and just navigate it together.”
Maude Specklebelly’s is located at 109 East Broadway in Downtown Monmouth, with a satellite location at 309 Marketplace, 129 North Randolph Street in Macomb.
