The Monmouth College football team hit the road to face the University of Chicago in a key matchup for the Midwest Conference title on Saturday. Monmouth’s defense dominated, pitching a 29-0 shutout to take a one-game lead in the conference standings with only two games left to play. Monmouth College men’s and women’s soccer both wrapped up their seasons last weekend. The men finished with a record of 3-9-3, while the women closed their 2025 campaign at 7-6-3, tied for the 4th and final Midwest Conference playoff spot but lost the head-to-head tiebreaker with Grinnell College.
