It was a successful weekend for Monmouth College sports. Fighting Scots football hosted Ripon College for a chance to clinch a title and volleyball needed a win to secure their spot in the Midwest Conference tournament. Here’s Nathan Baliva with the details.
The Fighting Scots volleyball team will play their Midwest Conference semifinal match against Lawrence at 4:30 on Friday afternoon. The conference championship match is scheduled for 1:00 on Saturday. The tournament is being hosted by Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, Iowa.
