A single vehicle accident took place at about 1:30 PM, approximately 1 1/2 miles south of Alexis on 120th Street, Warren County. The only two occupants in the vehicle were both declared DECEASED at the scene by the Warren County Coroner. The accident is under investigation by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office and the Warren County Coroner’s Office. The names of the victims will not be released pending notification of family members. Agencies assisting on scene were the Alexis Fire Department and Alexis Ambulance service.
