Story by Parker Cassidy

The (1-5) Monmouth-Roseville Titans basketball squad is starting to find its rhythm as competition ramps up early in the season. The Titans have shown they belong, squaring off with two strong opponents over the past week in Mercer County last Friday and an undefeated Abingdon-Avon squad on Thursday night.

Monmouth-Roseville came up just short in both contests, falling by three points to the Golden Eagles before a hard-fought 60-54 loss to the Tornadoes. The Titans get right back on the floor on Friday, hitting the road to take on TRAC West rival Orion (9-2).

Head Coach Chuck Grant shares what his team will need to do to pull off a road upset.

Tonight’s game will be broadcast live on FM 97.7 and online at radiomonmouth.com, as the Titans look to pick up their first conference win of the season.
