National FFA Foundation President Molly Ball was recently recognized as the winner of a Silver Stevie Award® in the Female Executive of the Year – Government or Non-Profit category in the 22nd annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business. The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor the achievements of women leaders worldwide.

“It’s really humbling,” Ball shared. “I never thought of leadership as something you do alone, so this recognition really belongs to all the teams and mentors I’ve worked with who have shaped me along the way, including my former boss at Monmouth College, President Mauri Ditzler. Being honored alongside women from around the world is incredibly motivating and meaningful, and it reinforces how important it is to lead with authenticity.”

Ball served as Vice President for Development at Monmouth College from 2009 to 2013 before taking on her current role as President and Chief Marketing Officer of the National FFA Foundation.
