The 25th Annual Dickens on the Square is taking place this Friday Night and Saturday in Downtown Macomb. Kristin Terry, City of Macomb Downtown Development Director, shares how the event came to be:
“It came from Charles Dickens and what it does is we put our historic downtown back into that era. We have Victorian characters that walk around, we have carolers; it is just going back in time. It has grown from what it started as to now,” Terry states.
