Over the past year, the use of digital devices has become more prevalent as many were working from home, making zoom calls, and students remote learning. Taking screen breaks is important for the eyes not only for children, but adults as well. Dr. Ally Braet from Kehoe Eye Care explains what blue light is that emits off our computers, smart phones, televisions, and tablets:

Dr. Braet advises holding any devices 20 inches or more away to help prevent strain on the eye muscles.
