Linda’s Salsa is hosting a Pulled Pork Dinner Fundraiser to benefit the Polar Plunge for Special Olympics Illinois Region F. For a $10 donation the dinner will include a pulled pork sandwich, scalloped potatoes, baked beans, and dessert. Pick-up is at Linda’s Salsa, 1343 South Main Street in Monmouth.
