Henderson, Knox, and Warren County Fair Queens to Compete for State Title

The ‘Rockin’ It Forward’ 114th Annual Convention and Miss Illinois County Fair Queen Pageant kicks off January 17th in Springfield. Among the 74 women competing for the state fair queen title are the county fair queens from Henderson, Knox, and Warren Counties.

Representing the Henderson County Fair is 19-year-old Lainey Mills of Gladstone. Mills is a sophomore at Western Illinois University studying Recreation, Park, Tourism, and Hospitality with a minor in Event Planning. Upon graduation, Mills hopes to be an event coordinator.

Representing the Knox County Fair is 18-year-old Emersyn Fleisher of Knoxville. Fleisher is currently studying Elementary Education with a minor in Nutrition.

Representing the Warren County Fair is 19-year-old McKinley Rexroat of Monmouth. Rexroat is a sophomore at Monmouth College studying Communication with a minor in Music. Upon graduation, Rexroat plans to pursue a career in sportscasting.
